15 Minute Task: Fridge Part 1

I'm a huge believer in the power of just 15 minutes of focused work. So, I'm going to sprinkle in some weekly 15 minute tasks that I'll be doing. I hope you decide to join me. You'll be surprised how much you can get done in very little time.

So, set your kitchen timer for 15 minutes and, for today, tackle your fridge door. Take items out, throw away anything old and clean the shelves with hot soapy water.

When your 15 minutes are up, stop. Make a mental note about where you were and move on to whatever else you need to accomplish. We'll move onto the rest of the fridge later in the week.

  1. I LOVE 15 minutes of something. One of my favorite 15 minute jobs is one that I learned from the the Fly Lady. In fact, it's the only trick of hers that really stuck with me (though I'm know she has tons of great advice). Shine your sink with steel wool. Thank goodness I have the right kind of sink for this! It's a great kick start. http://www.flylady.net/pages/begin_babysteps.asp
